Set up comprehensive CircleCI pipeline for build, test, and deployment.

Tasks:

  • Create CircleCI configuration
  • Set up build stages
  • Configure test runners
  • Set up artifact storage
  • Configure deployment stages
  • Set up caching

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Pipeline runs all stages
  • Tests execute in parallel
  • Artifacts are properly stored
  • Cache improves build time
  • Failed stages provide clear feedback
  • Deployment works reliably
