Set up and configure package management system using Pixi and PNPM.

Tasks:

  • Set up Pixi configuration
  • Configure PNPM for dev tools
  • Set up cache configuration
  • Create cross-platform scripts
  • Configure CI/CD integration
  • Document package management workflow

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Pixi successfully manages Rust dependencies
  • PNPM manages development tools
  • Cache improves installation speed
  • Cross-platform scripts work reliably
  • CI/CD properly uses both package managers
  • Clear documentation for contributors
