Configure Task runner for consistent cross-platform command execution.

Tasks:

  • Create Taskfile.yml
  • Configure build commands
  • Set up test runners
  • Configure linting tasks
  • Set up platform-specific tasks
  • Document task usage

Acceptance Criteria:

  • All commands work cross-platform
  • Build process is consistent
  • Tests run reliably
  • Linting integrated
  • Platform-specific tasks work
  • Usage documentation complete
