描述

rt，鼠标左键调整 PCL 窗口大小时，即使释放了鼠标左键，窗口依然继续会调整。这使得刚调整好的窗口大小又变了

重现步骤

1、按住鼠标左键调整PCL窗口
2、调整好之后松手
3、窗口依然跟着鼠标轨迹调整窗口

刚刚搜了下没看到重复的，先给「等待确认」。

此为 Windows 系统自带的功能“单击锁定”，不是一个 Bug。

我测试的时候没勾选此项（而且似乎默认是关闭的），但也会出现这种情况。

测试了一下，没开仍能复现……

甚至不需要长按，在尝试拖拽后的一瞬间立马放开，窗口还会跟着光标调整一段时间……

如果你松开鼠标之后使用平缓的速度移动鼠标，bug的复现时间很长。（放大的时候时间长，缩小的时候时间短）
