描述

下载mod的页面原本鼠标在mod简介上是会浮现文字，在高负荷状态下不会有（仅部分mod会在正常情况下浮现文字）

重现步骤

鼠标放上去即可

这个 “高负荷状态” 是啥……我没法复现

我估计是指系统资源（CPU、内存、硬盘等）占用过高，这时候电脑会比较卡，鼠标放在这上边可能不会反应过来……

我个人觉得这不是 PCL 能解决的问题……

就是某个进程占用了CPU很高的资源，但我个人认为不是电脑的问题，因为我把占用了CPU很高的资源的进程关了之后问题还在

复现不出来……

在 Tooltip 出现时滚动一下页面即可复现，不需要 Author 提到的高负荷条件。
感觉有点玄学……
