Regarding the reconnection with previous socket #1

Hello sir my code is working perfectly but when my app is going to standby socket automatically disconnected from the server and when I open the app again server create a new socket id and now the situation is my application not recreate the connection and i did not get the data from emitter pls help me out thanks in advance.
