Send Signal message via Springboard is broken

• Affected app: Volla Launcher Version 4.1.6 (com.volla.launcher), Signal Version 8.2.2 (org.thoughtcrime.securesms; Sourdce: via F-Droid, Volla Repository)
• Is another profile or shelter active: No
• Is VollaOS security mode active: Yes and No (Tested, both; does not matter)
• Is VPN being used: No
• Are multiple user profiles or shelters set up: No

Problem:
Trying to send a Signal-message using the Volla Launcher's shortcode ( @<contact> <message> + "Send Signal-Message") does not take any action.

Additional information:
Opening the account's chat in Signal (@<contact> + "Open in Signal") instead works like a charm.

Update:
In the meantime @wurzer applied a workaround that now supports to forward the input of the Springboard to Signal which will then prompt the user to ask for a receiver of the inputmessage:
