The phases.

This is a tentative list. Should be refined.

Read data (and convert it using Data importers from other formats than clonevol trees #4)
Combine redundant samples
Extract inferred samples to emphasize clades
Compute layout for samples (both inferred and real)
Render the samples
Render tentacles
Add driver annotations (Implement driver annotations #6)
Add cluster legend

In fact, a more up-to-date list is available in the README.md
