Motivation

Currently, we don't have prometheus on the project, we need to add it and expose a /metrics endpoint with information related to the block sync

This is an example of prometheus scrape configuration:
https://github.com/HathorNetwork/ops-tools/blob/master/kubernetes/apps/elasticsearch-exporter/prometheus.yaml

Task break-down

Expose the highest block metric in a /metrics endpoint - 0.5 day
Scrape on our prometheus instance the daemon's metrics - 0.3 day
