Cuda project have announced the -base, and -devel tags are deprecated and will be deleted:

Announcement

Tag deprecation

The following tags will no longer be updated.

  • <cuda_version>-base, <cuda_version>-runtime, <cuda_version>-devel
    • These tags will be deleted.

The newer versions seem to follow a new format:

  • 11.7.0-runtime-ubuntu20.04
  • 11.7.0-devel-ubuntu20.04
  • 11.7.0-base-ubuntu20.04

We need to update our tag in the Dockerfile to use the new ones.
