The current APC output can be difficult to quickly interpret during PR reviews .
Need to introduce a simplified summary view for faster understanding, while still preserving access to full diagnostic details.

- Include a clear link to the full detailed logs for debugging purposes
- Ensure the summary is the first thing visible in the PR check output
- Keep verbose logs accessible in GH Actions but not front-loaded in the UI
