docs(installation): remove Steam installation option across all locales

Remove Steam installation card link from installation index pages and delete Steam installation content files for all supported locales including zh-CN, en-US, de-DE, es-ES, fr-FR, ja-JP, ko-KR, pt-BR, ru-RU, and zh-Hant.
