Unable to receive any input from Tablet to Linux

Hi, hoping that this will be any easy fix, but I keep getting the errors
"WARN Failed to init screen cast: Failed to create element from factory name!"
and then
"WARN Failed to activate window, sending no input (CError: code: 1 message: Cannot find desktop ID of the window.)"
and after a while the Weylus window will close it's self preventing me from seeing any further errors.

I have read through the FAQ's and while similar issues have been solved I haven't seen this one before.

if it helps I am running an AMD Ryzen 7 5800X with a 4060TI on Pop!_OS 24.04 LTS

and a Samsung Galaxy Tab 6 Lite running ONE UI 6.1 on Android 14 with an S pen Pro.

I can provide screen shots and further information as required.
