How to setup quantum streamer? I already changed the necessary files in game files as requested.

I made the necessary changes with dll files in the game files. What to do with streamer files? I am supposing that Fetcher throws an error due to streamer not being correctly set up.

Spesifically, something about having nothing to stream or having no streamer. Can't be sure because it closes before I can fully read it.
