Understanding of the use of data？

I am a postgraduate student, thank you very much for the valuable data, I downloaded image , mask, dicom-0, dicom-1, dicom-2, dicom-3 respectively. i would like to ask for the infarcted area why i don't see any labelling? From my point of view. image ,, dicom-0, dicom-1, dicom-2, dicom-3. the 4 datasets are just taken medical images with no markers. the mask data is a black colour, could it be because of the png I downloaded?
