Are we looking at business problems on how (e.g. embed it during project development, when user gatherings), or technical how (e.g. calculation attribution, identifying hotspots?)

We will be looking at the business problems starting from project inception, project development through to project delivery.

I dont think we should prescribe to any project management methodology, we should try to be agnostic. We should call out the general approaches such as devops / sdlc etc.
