I cannot get this extension to even kind of sort of work. No matter what i change the variables to it does nothing even resembling a face swap

What happened?

I have spent the last 12 hours Troubleshooting the obscure software that breaks when you try to install this with stable Diffusion and then trying to get it to do a face swap and no setting change has even come close to resembling anything like a face swap. Not even chatGPT nor Claude nor Gemini nor myself combined can figure out what is going wrong here.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Set the variables to whatever you want and it will never do a face swap. I'm attaching an example image as an exaggerated Example so that you could clearly see that it's not doing it. Now, I didn't put the settings to where everyone would think that they should be Closest to for this example. This is just what I stopped at.

The reason it's not working correctly and all the faces are all different is because you're inpainting over the face

If you want to use Reactor on an image you already have, go to Extras, input your image, enable Reactor and select the face model or face image you want to use, and then hit generate

You can also use Reactor in the txt2img, and img2img, but you would only see the face get swapped if you are inpainting an area that is not the face
