[Android] Target questions are displaying without considering the source question responce for branching questionnarie in a scenario

Steps:

1. Configure a source questionnaire from SB
2. Add some question steps for the above questionnaire
3. Apply branching to those questions
4. Now configure a date response type question and enable 'Use response as anchor date'
5. Configure branching in such a way that atleast 1 option chosen by participant skips the above date response type.
6. Configure a target questioonaire and Publish
7. Open the Android mobile app
8. Open the source questionnaire
9. Submit options so that date response type is skipped
10. Click on 'Done' and observe the activity list

Actual: Target questions are displaying without anchor date submission

Expected: Target questions should be enabled and displayed only when anchor date in the source question is submitted

Note:- Need to consider the fix for logout scenario
