Support trace to logs and logs to trace within grafana

It would be great to link between logs and traces, similarly to the the GCP console tooling.

It looks like it might be possible doing something simiar to the Jager plugin https://github.com/grafana/grafana/blob/12e473892fcdd4ac06a050352d27e04750fb8061/public/app/plugins/datasource/jaeger/configuration/ConfigEditor.tsx#L39

I am going further by saying that for any Grafana user this is a Deal Breaker which will make me install Tempo and skip Cloud Trace all together.

If Trace To Logs is not implemented within 2 months, you will lose my team as a Cloud Trace customer.
Of course this customer will be replaced by a GCS customer for Tempo so you don't really loose that much 😄
