Commenting and replying to comments is very confusing through the UI #5920
Description
When working on a chromestatus entry, it is very hard to understand where comments come from and where they link too. I posted a new status entry and received comments, I then replied using the overview "All comments and Activities" section as I didn't know there was a separate comment section in each of the Debugability, privacy, etc sections below. The comments themselves have no indication which section they originated from.
Looking at https://chromestatus.com/feature/5102334940151808/activity there is no way to know the comment about missing rational is from the Privacy review and one of the other comments is from the debug section. I assumed all comments went to the same places and replying would be seen by the original commenter.
It would be nice if the comments in all comments listed where they came from 'Privacy', 'API Owners', etc and have a link to make it easy to reply to the comment in the correct spot. Something to make it clearer that commenting in the all activity section won't work as a reply to the comment.
