Submit button takes a long and button stays enabled #5501

Describe the bug
When I use the edit all fields page and click submit at the bottom, it takes a long time to submit. I've learned to wait and know that the page will eventually start to navigate, but I used to click the submit button multiple times because I thought the site was not working.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to a feature
- Click on edit all fields
- Scroll down to submit button
- Click submit
Expected behavior
Loading spinner shows up and/or button gets disabled immediately after clicking, or page actually starts to navigate immediately
