Upgrade target sdk to 35

Most of the projects target 31 SDK, twa-post-messages targets 33. According to Play Market requirements, we missed a deadline this means that existing PWAs probably can't update and new one can't publish. (App can target another SDK and still being built okay, that'd not prevent from publishing, but ABH compatibility with new APIs is not guaranteed)

We have internal planning on this issue and we'd like to allocate our time to work it. Check for the "good first issue" tag a bit later, because we will probably create some subtasks for it.

Hi @AyushAgarwal4, this task is on hold for now. Older SDK should not block from publishing in Play Market.

@ukaratkevich We are seeing the following warning on google play console while submitting our app:

Your app uses deprecated APIs or parameters for edge-to-edge
One or more of the APIs you use or parameters that you set for edge-to-edge and window display have been deprecated in Android 15. Your app uses the following deprecated APIs or parameters:

android.view.Window.setStatusBarColor
android.view.Window.setNavigationBarColor
android.view.Window.getStatusBarColor
These start in the following places:

com.google.android.material.bottomsheet.a.onCreate
com.google.androidbrowserhelper.trusted.WebViewFallbackActivity.onCreate 

**I Also want to highlight, although google play forced every one to make target api changes and Edge to Edge handling yet google's own products are still pending to remove the deprecated apis. **

Hi @msoni-oyo, I understand everyones frustration regarding deprecated APIs and warnings. This task has been raised internally long ago and is being tracked, we just have more prioritized work to do for web apps in general. As soon as we have free capacity, someone will take a look at this task.
