Неправильно настрен внешний ключ. Установить CASCADE и сделать модифай.

Не удалось смоделировать.
На эталоне все хорошо работает (везде каскадное удаление). Никаких модифаев с этой таблицей не было.

Я сделаю модифай, который пересоздаст эту связь (на всякий случай).
