Make packaging work with setuptools-scm>9 #888
Description
Our packaging now fails with setuptools-scm>9 (I just had to change it on the conda feedstock to publish xDEM v0.2 on Conda).
Though, after looking around, I don't see any issue in setuptools-scm that seems to match our own errors (they had a problem after version 9 but it is now resolved), so we must be doing something wrong...
Could be nice to fix this relatively soon.
