About CMakeLists.txt

CMakeLists.txt disappeared from the project. It was very useful for building a lib, debian installer and it is possible to integrate unit testing.
Is it possible to add a new CMakeLists.txt file?
I can do a PR with a simple new file.

Does the CMakeLists.txt exist before? I think a PR about CMakeLists.txt is welcome.

Oh, that is original and maintained wxmathplot code base. Well, I think Lionel's code has many new features. But a cmake file build system is welcome. Thanks.
