Upload pkgs to conda-forge

Upload the package to conda-forge channel.

TODO:

• Fork staged-recipes.
• Install grayskull: conda install -c conda-forge grayskull
• Follow the example by performing grayskull pypi PyCROSL. It will generate a folder with a meta.yaml. You need to add this meta.yml to recipes/PyCROSL/ of your fork.
• Make Pull Request to conda-forge repo.
• Wait.
