Allow images to be inserted as part of templates

Allowing templates to be parsed to interpret specific code to insert images would make for a richer experience.

For example, if the template files supported markdown, you could have a template:

#signature.txt:

Regards,
Foo
![logo] (./images/company_logo.jpg)

It should be noted that fetching external resources for inserting, which are not on the drive (eg an image on a network drive or on the web), will result in a significant delay in being able to insert into the area that the user is typing.

Prefetching and caching the image when the program starts (or is !reloaded) is a beneficial idea, but it can cause problems if the image is supposed to be dynamically generated, or could change.

Added to future plans. I'll keep the discussion for these features in here for now as this covers all of the combined issues related to this feature. I like this idea, and it would be really good to implement.

My plan for now is to finish fleshing out the basic program as the 1.3.0 version of Text-Script is lacking a GUI and the ability to create templates from the program. For the 2.0.0 release, we should prioritize the GUI and template creation features and roll them out before considering implementing these new features. This said, I want to discuss this feature before we work on 2.0.0 so that we implement the GUI and template creation with room to add these features in 2.1.0, or whatever release we slate it for.
