Split deploy and SF upload in two separate commands #8
Description
Typical case:
- Run the command, takes around 8 minutes to deploy from here
- One starts doing something else, does not track the upload minute by minute
- Once noticed it's ready, the SF connection has timed out already
Best to have two separate commands for the maven deploy and the SF upload to avoid that
