GSConnect CI

Docker image for GSConnect CI.

GitHub Container Registry

Images are automatically deployed from release tags/branches to the GitHub Container Registry.

The latest image will be listed under "Packages" on the repo homepage.

To use from another GitHub Actions workflow:
