Bug: able to keep pressing send and send more (and more) while processing

What happened?

in staging and demo, i am able to keep pressing "send"

at the end of the "send messages" flow, page title "preview for sending"

Detail the steps for someone to reproduce

select 'testing for send button bug' - click use this template > personalize this message page(s) - use my phone number - click continue > fill in personalized content > select delivery time - now - click preview > preview for sending - click send... it stays active or blue and i can keep clicking it, up to 5 times

What should happen here is after pressing send, the button ought to be disabled, removed, grayed out - something to indicate that it has already been pressed and an action is taking place, and a making sure it cannot be pressed a second time just like in an online shopping cart.
