Indexer: Delete empty albums

In rare occasions, when re-indexing an album, the scanner will re-create the album and not delete the old reference to the album, which now doesn't have any tracks on it. Empty albums should be deleted.

This can be worked around by running Scan multiple times - but it still needs to be fixed.
