Add quotes from designers

I really like how opensource.guide sprinkles in a lot of quotes from contributors about their personal experiences. Would be amazing if we could do that as well.

Easiest might be if we create a list of questions that we could then all use to solicit quotes. Let's start:

• Please describe the idea of open design
• What gets you excited about designing in open-source?
• How would you describe your role as a designer in open-source?
• What are some of your day-to-day activities?
• What tools do you use?
• How does open-source fit in your career?
• Do you find open-source design rewarding personally?

Just throwing things out there to get started.
