GetInTouch component

There is no GetInTouch component implemented yet.

Solution

Add GetInTouch component as an Organism

User story

1. As a product owner, I want to
   1. see the GetInTouch component in Storybook implemented as an Organism
   2. have the possibility to add props to the Pagination component
      1. title {string} section title
      2. subtitle {string} section subtitle
      3. submitButtonLabel {string} label of submit button - default: Send
      4. onSubmit {function} callback function called on form submit
2. As a user:
   1. I can see the GetInTouch component
   2. I can fill the form
   3. I can submit the form
   4. I can see validation errors if applicable
