Problem

There is no figure component implemented yet.

Solution

Add Figure component as a Molecue

User story

As a product owner, I want to
1. see the Figure component in Storybook implemented as Molecules
2. have the possibility to add props to the Figure component
  1. caption {string} figure caption
  2. image {Image} Image object
As a user:
1. I can see the Figure component
