Tape component

The Tape component is necessary to build product pages but is not implemented yet

Solution

Add Tape component as an Atom

User story

1. As a product owner, I want to
   1. see the Tape component in Storybook implemented as Atom
   2. have the possibility to add props to the Tape component
      1. label {string} tape label
      2. color {string} tape color
2. As a user:
   1. I can see the Tape component
