There is an issue when trying to deploy a zip file using a POST request.

Need to fully test other PUT and POST requests too.

I can successfully deploy a zip file via the Freemius API using the PHP SDK, via direct request with Postman, and using a script based on James Kemp's deploy script. However, the Node SDK has issue so this needs investigating.
