I sent out an email using the Message system. In the screen where I typed out the email to be sent, the Sender box identified me as "FreeREG Exec Lead Deputy" which is correct. However, the email that was actually sent out identified me as "system_administrator" which is confusing. If I click the System Roles action button, I see that my "Role" is system_administrator and my "userid" is "FreeREG Exec Lead Deputy". These are confusing labels and I think that might be the cause of why the Message System is not identifying people properly. My userid is actually dale.braden, my title (role?) is FreeREG Exec Lead Deputy, and my status (concerning things like permission and privileged access) is system_administrator. I think there are two things to do here: first, the column titles in the System Roles table need some clarification. Instead of "userid" I would use "Title" (or maybe this is what we usually call a Role?) and the Roles column should be entitled something else, though I'm not sure what these are supposed to be. The second thing to do is make the Message system use what is displayed in the Sender box so that the sender knows what to expect.

Here is how it is displayed when the email is received:
