qewer does not seem to be active for a while, if it is not active by then, I can try to help. Additionally, the relevant splash screen work was done in this discord thread, and the original pictures were taken from the showcase section. Considering that I can clear the background of more than 200 frames one by one to make animations, I think there will be no problem.

Paid today 2327,74 EUR (1.923,75 € + TVA 21% 403,99 €) to Atelier des Tanneurs (B2BHub) for 50% of the rooms. This amount includes the KiCAD share, that they will pay back to us later. Invoice 2025.01.tanneurs

Observations:

• Increase of catering price (1685 instead of 600) has been approved by the FPA
• Paid 94 € (myself) as an advance for pizzas at hackerspace on Tuesday 2025/01/28 - I will issue a request for refund. People who ate there will refund the FPA accordingly
• Paid 356.40 € with the FPA credit card as an advance for Thursday 2025/01/30 dinner at Bavet restaurant. People who ate there will refund the FPA accordingly
