Include Zoom In and Out in Editor - > Draw Mode

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Cannot zoom when in Editor-Draw feature mode. This is an issue because a user cannot make precise placement of brush strokes.

Describe the solution you'd like
Allow for zooming in and out of an image when in Editor-Draw mode.

Describe alternatives you've considered
An alternative solution is ignore the feature, I don't have another alternative.

Additional context
Could provide with pinch to zoom gestures or a zoom slider similar to the brush size slider. It would be nice to see a two finger gesture to move about the image in x and y planes as well.

This is incredibly essential, including for cropping. Sometimes I need to just keep the same aspect ratio but crop into an image, so I should just be able to zoom into the part I want to crop like how it works in Google photos, or zoom in to circle something in a picture.
