@dimitrieh, should this be included in the handbook (Support Handbook) or in the documentation?

@sumitshinde-84 handbook is not for clients, but just for us working in the company. If this is about a product feature it needs to go in the docs. I think we can have a sectoin in the docs around support, but more of a reference towards the website and a page there, ratrher than moving that solely to the docs.
