chore(openspec): archive the four changes shipped in 26.05.03 (#30)

Move add-typo-tolerance, add-result-personalization, add-kagi-engine, and
add-history-view under openspec/changes/archive/2026-05-29-* now that they are
implemented, merged, and released in 26.05.03. Their spec deltas are folded into
openspec/specs/ (new capabilities query-correction and result-personalization;
engine-adapters and encrypted-history extended). No active changes remain; all
26 specs validate with `openspec validate --specs --strict`.
