If the user only has data in a different unit than sensor.unit, we can easily try to parse (e.g. W-> kW, kW -> kWh) - the server attempts to do that if the unti of the data is reported.

• add a unit selector the file upload dialogue, pre-set to the sensor unit
• report error messages about unit conversion accurately back to the user
