How to update openspec

I read through the website, the README and scanned all issues but I can not find a detailed explanation how to update OpenSpec ones it is initialized for a project. I a sure you are refining the prompts and CLI, so I'd like to stay up to date. Could you please give me some pointers or tell me where I missed the relevant information.
