Make plan for operational event communication #3
Description
Done Criteria
We have a runbook that describes how we would get a mass message out to our users in the event of a large scale event (e.g., IPNI outage, major security issue with one of our contracts).
Why Important
Have an effective communication channel to users is a backstop for when the unexpected happens.
Notes
- Assuming we hook into existing Fillecoin network options like status page, we need to make sure:
- We've documented how to access/engage those systems
- They are configured to have a FOC category
- We should think through the process for 2-3 of the most likely scenarios
