How can the Organiser

  • Get report on what types of tasks/opportunity they offered
  • Create a report such as t-shirt sizes so that they can be ordered or shoe size so waders for river clean ups can be brought to the event
  • Identify their super Volunteers

Some ideas for the other reports include

  • Upcoming Tasks. A schedule of tasks over a set time period filtered by skills.
  • Unfilled Tasks. A report on which Tasks have yet to be filled.
  • Impact report. How many tasks were completed. For which organisations (areas).
  • Impact report download - Creates a spreadsheet report to help explain the activities with which volunteers help, quantify their contribution in terms of hours or paid staff equivalents so that it can be part of official charity reporting required by the UK government
  • Show some great quote and new pictures from recently completed tasks.
  • Determine how many Volunteers are currently available, registered or are withdrawn
  • create a list of organisations that the Volunteer can pick from on a drop down menu on their profile
