Create an Organisation Dashboard

Create a page that is only visible once logged in by the Organiser from which they can create an Opportunity .
For #40 we just need to show the create an Opportunity Button that takes you to the page described in #3
For #42 we need way to see who has applied for each task

I want to access my dashboard
To create, search for and view opportunities.

On the Organizer dashboard page, The Organizer can

• View a My Dashboard message and Image.
• Search for Opportunities
• Create a new Opportunity
• Opportunity Table
• Footer

Opportunity Table.
If there are already existing opportunities created by the Organizer,
The Organizer can see an opportunity Table which contains:

• Opportunity name
• Opportunity Type
• Number of applicants who have applied
• Deadline in hours and minutes
• Track Option
• View more information about opportunity

As of commit 963a1d1 there are still some missing items:

• organizer (OrganizerDashboardPage.vue) does not include the
  ?search= query parameter yet. It also doesn't narrow the search down
  to just the Organizer's Organization. Currently it lists all
  Opportunity objects regardless of the search query and the
  Organization.

• /organizer (OrganizerDashboardPage.vue) does not link to
  /opportunity/:id from the Opportunity "Open" button. I'm not sure if
  we want /opportunity/:id to render differently for Volunteers and
  Organizers or whether there will be two separate URLs (i.e.
  Opportunity Detail View for Volunteers and Edit Opportunity for
  Organizers).
