Yes, me too! I would also be interested in CAN Odrive support. I have been using the following code and it works, but it would be great to incorporate it into this ROS2 code.
If I was a better coder, I would try to patch this code and submit a Pull request, but I am not.
I would be willing to test the code as I have an Odrive that I command via Canbus from an ESP32 using the code below.
Nevermind, the latest Odrive Ros2 release works very well with CAN bus connection between a Jetson Orin and an Odrive controller.
No need for custom code.
I saw in the readme that there is some interest in canbus support. Any chance that this is in the works?
