I think such support is a great enhancement to the Studio. I think it will allow more dynamic actions on the generated video.

I just confirmed that having first and last frame really allows the dynamic movement of the character that cannot be achieved only through prompts. Can that be merged into your current drop? lllyasviel#167

Would it be possible to add a middle frame? I think having one could really help create smoother loops. With good loops, this could be totally overkill, at least until we get more powerful GPUs or better-optimized versions. Still, llyasviel's work on this new model architecture is seriously amazing it’s a huge jump forward for video generation.

From what I've seen end frames don't work as smoothly as you might imagine. I thought there was something wrong with my implementation but when I compared it to others I found that they all seem to have pretty abrupt transitions to the end frame. So I'm not sure a middle frame will add much until we get things a bit smoother looking.
