The specification should include more detailed guidelines for usage of Dublin Core Terms in the metadata section.

One issue raised in the MOST working group is to distinguish interfaces files for production versus test or UAT environments. (Perhaps "coverage".)

Adapted example to show what FIX publishes with FIX Latest. Comments needed to identify additional DC terms that should be in the spec.
