I want to be able to choose my mentor

I want to choose my mentor by the following criteria:

• Specialism
• Gender
• Age
• [Other?]

Select attributes that I would like in my mentor but not select based on specific mentor profiles. Criteria might include 'experience' and be weighted for importance (so someone with experience in exam stress weighted higher than need for someone my gender). Not sure about including age.
